随着高歌猛进的时代日渐式微,生活方式由快入慢,人们开始有时间再次探寻被时代遗忘的温暖。深入到在地文化的缝隙中,以「广西宴」为代表的广西地方菜品牌,以地域独特文脉与空间营造的整体性为基础,在山海物产的独特风味中,将秘境广西的山水沉醉与民俗风情浓缩,“代表广西宴贵宾”,等待每个热爱生活的食客细细品味。

With the rapid advance of the era graduallywaning, lifestyle from fast to slow, people began to have time to re-explorethe era of forgotten warmth. In the crevice of local culture, the brand ofGuangxi local cuisine, represented by the “Guangxi Banquet”, is based on theintegrity of the region's unique context and space. In the unique flavor ofShanhai Pass's products, will be the secret of Guangxi landscape intoxicationand folk customs concentrated, “On behalf of Guangxi Banquet VIP”, waiting forevery love of life of the diners savor.


作为与品牌合作十余年的老朋友,设计师魏志学基于对品牌理念的深度解读,为广西宴呈现一份别开生面的山水答卷。不同于一店的恢弘震撼,本次设计依托门店商务宴请的客群定位,在沿用品牌包厢的文化元素之外,选择在公共灰空间多着笔墨,通过更洗练简洁的形式语言和在地材料的艺术化运用,为品牌的商业定位和预算控制精准赋能。

As an old friend who has cooperated withthe brand for more than ten years, designer Wei Zhixue presents a uniquelandscape answer for the Guangxi banquet based on the in-depth interpretationof the brand concept. Different from the grand impact of a store, this designrelies on the customer orientation of the store's business banquets. Inaddition to the cultural elements of the brand box, the design chooses to putmore ink in the public gray space, through more concise form language andartistic use of local materials, for the brand's business positioning andbudget control accurate enabling.


望山不是山
Mountain isn't what you see

项目位于南宁高楼林立的商业新区核心,周边密集的办公与商务楼宇潜藏着丰盛的宴请需求。设计选择让色彩浓重的民族地域元素后退,成为空间中偶然得见的灵魂点缀,而以简洁的形式语言统领全场。在入口处,设计师采用当地最常见的石材致敬闻名遐迩的”象鼻山“,在抽象流动的山水意象中开启品牌热情好客的全新版本。

Located at the heart of Nanning's high-risenew business district, the project is surrounded by office and businessbuildings that are in great demand for banquets. The design choice lets thecolor dense national region element retreat, becomes the soul ornament which inthe space occasionally sees, but by the concise form language leadership entirescene. At the entrance, the designer uses the most common local stone to honorthe famous “Elephant Trunk Hill,” opening a brand-new version of hospitality inan abstract, flowing landscape image.


竹影婆娑、人影晃动,在洞见的空间结构中,形体的穿插交叠,经过特殊处理的石材表面泛起流动的空间质感,在钢筋水泥丛林中与自然建立起链接,让每一位食客都近距离地感受自然风貌的无穷魅力。

Bamboo Shadows whirling, people moving, inthe spatial structure of insight, the shape of the interlacing overlap, afterspecial treatment of the stone surface of the flow of the spatial texture, inthe reinforced concrete jungle and nature to establish a link, let each dinerfeel the infinite charm of natural scenery at close range.



入口处选择以当地艺术家唐任华的作品《自由飞翔》拉开序幕,门扉的开合中,漓江竹排衍生而来的栅格将内外以序列感分隔,设计的无限细节巧思,甚至体现在玻璃上五色丝线元素的腰线关照,神秘的光影波动中,激发人们一探秘境的乐趣。

The entrance opens with the work “FreeFlight” by local artist Tang Renhua. As the door opens and closes, a gridderived from Li River bamboo row separates the inside from the outside with asense of sequence, even reflected in the glass on the five-color silk lineelements of the waist line care, mysterious fluctuations in light and shadow,inspire people to explore the fun of mystery.





流动的光晕
The flowing halo

作为具有强烈地域属性的餐饮品牌,广西宴注重在地文化的沿袭、挖掘和再创造。在品牌特征之上, 设计师将在地生活中被忽略的日常放大,提取出兼具功能性与精神性的复合场域。

As a catering brand with strong regionalattribute, Guangxi banquet pays attention to the inheritance, excavation andre-creation of local culture. On the brand characteristics, the designer willbe in the daily life of the neglect of magnification, extract both functionaland spiritual complex field.




独特的喀斯特地貌,孕育了丰富的自然景观与人文风貌,而设计以遍布山野的竹林展开想象,通过形态丰富的关系穿插,投射斑驳的光影变化,为硬质的空间增添生动风韵。由石缝中生长出的绿竹蜿蜒,到漓江上漂泊的竹筏,在渔舟唱晚的孤傲意境中,设计带领食客完成了一次自然的溯游。

The unique karst gives birth to a richnatural landscape and cultural features, while the design is based on theimagination of bamboo forests scattered throughout the mountains, which projectmottled light and shadow through a variety of forms interspersed with eachother, adds a vivid charm to the hard space. From the crevices of green bamboogrowing out of the stone to the drifting bamboo rafts on the Li River River,the design leads the diners to complete a natural journey in the lonely mood ofthe fishing boat singing night.



针对不同楼层的电梯厅,设计将不同的主题情境代入,为每位前来就餐的食客呈现转角可见的惊喜。借由“天纹之页”的瑰丽壮锦,在横向尺度中营造连续的张力片段,在高识别度的品牌语言中,轻轻开启一个个萦绕人心的味蕾瞬间。

For different floors of the elevator hall,the design will be different theme scenarios into, for each diner to come tothe corner visible surprise. With the“Days of the page” magnificent brocade, inthe horizontal scale to create a continuous tension segment, in the highrecognition of the brand language, gently open a haunting taste buds moment.




以建筑的形式语言构建内部灰空间,在嵌套中突破建筑本身的结构限制,设计选择将电梯厅和走廊区域的边界后退,让公共区域容纳更多可能。经过特殊处理的竹林构筑成景观,在与石材的肌理对冲中,与室内包厢通过相互连通,互为透景,摇曳转动的光影中,食客的感官被唤醒,投入美味给予的天梦之境。

The internal grey space is constructed inthe formal language of the building, which breaks through the structurallimitation of the building itself in nesting, and the design choice retreatsthe boundary of the elevator hall and corridor area, allowing the public areato accommodate more possibilities. The specially-treated bamboo forest forms alandscape, and in contrast to the texture of the stone, the diners' senses areawakened by the flickering light and shadow of the interconnecting andinterpenetrating interior boxes, enter the Dreamland of delicious giving.





流水生花
Fowing water gives life

而在走廊另一侧,回归水的灵动秀美。设计尤为注重在地性与现代性的高度融合,同时强调材料质感与细节的表达,设计选用当地最常见的石材,经过工艺打磨,保留朴拙质地同时被赋予了水的灵动肌理,希望在幽静的场域中营造静谧而富足的氛围。

And on the other side of the corridor, backto the water of the smart beautiful. The design pays particular attention tothe high integration of the local character and modernity, while emphasizingthe expression of the texture and details of the material, keep simple textureat the same time has been given the dynamic texture of water, hoping to createa quiet and rich atmosphere in the secluded field.


滴水自明,风生水起。竹的韧、石的坚、水的蕴,汇合成流动的秩序感,以抽象语言润化漓江的山水,引导着每位前来就餐的朋友感受广西大地的瑰丽奇景。

Dripping water is self-evident. Bamboo,stone and water combine to form a sense of order. Using abstract language, thelandscape of Li River is moistened and each visitor is guided to experience themagnificent landscape of Guangxi.



光与色的奏鸣
The rhythm of light and color

设计与地方餐饮品牌的商业链接,不仅在于空间的营造逻辑,更聚焦在文化元素的深入人心。作为体系庞杂的文化秘境,世居少数民族文化与中原文化、海洋文化不断融合,形成了性格鲜明的地域印记。在上一家广西宴的营造中,设计以壮锦的五色丝线打造跨越垂直空间维度的艺术装置,一度成为品牌标志性的识别元素与传播媒介。

The commercial link between the design andthe local restaurant brand not only lies in the building logic of the space,but also focuses on the cultural elements in the hearts of the people. As acomplicated cultural secret, the cultures of the indigenous minorities, CentralPlain culture and marine culture are constantly merged to form a distinctiveregional imprint. At the last Guangxi banquet, the design of the five-colorsilk thread with Zhuang brocade to create an art installation spanning the verticaldimension of space, once became the brand's iconic identity elements and media.




该项目在延续五色丝线元素的同时,选择更轻盈的方式构建场域,以更通透的楼梯灰空间和水景质感,再次成为众多食客的关注点。

While continuing the five-colored silkelements, the project chose a lighter way to build the field, with a moretransparent stair gray space and water texture, once again became the focus ofmany diners.



而深入探知壮乡语境的过程中,设计将被遗忘的民族符号以更当代的方式呈现,在“工”字形的空间结构中,经由二次创作打造灵动的端景张力,银制头饰、铜腰鼓、花山岩画,在深沉的背景底色中让人沉浸在品牌热情好客的基因中。

In the process of probing into the contextof Zhuang village, the national symbols that will be forgotten in the designwill be presented in a more contemporary way, silver headdresses, bronze waistdrums, Hanayama rock paintings, in the deep background color let people immersein the brand hospitality gene.





以壮族铜腰鼓的经典纹样为灵感, 通过立方体装置的光线变化与投射,将民族工艺的精湛绝伦以更轻松的方式呈现,激发食客们兴趣的同时,联通了室内外的空间场域,在包厢内外的对话中,就餐体验变成了了一次当代艺术感知。

Inspired by the classical design of theZhuang bronze waist drum, the exquisite ethnic craftsmanship is presented in amore relaxed way through the light change and projection of the cube device,while arousing the interest of diners, connecting the indoor and outdoor spacefield, in the box inside and outside the dialogue, dining experience has becomea contemporary art perception.




从风土到餐桌
From the soil to table

“代表广西宴宾客”,品牌以地域的丰美物产,迎接八方来客,简单有力的声明,彰显了品牌与广西人民的深切期盼,更是在设计中明确了风土人情的核心地位。因此在包厢的营造中,设计以温润平和的木质搭配性格明确的壮乡元素,配合就餐体验中的“六礼”,在情感的链接中感受品牌与壮乡的热情好客。

“On behalf of Guangxi banquet guests,” thebrand to the region's rich products, to meet the guests from all directions,simple and powerful statement, showing the brand and Guangxi People's deepexpectations, it is clear in the design of the core position of local customs.Therefore, in the construction of the box, the design of warm and gentle woodwith clear personality of Zhuang Xiang elements, with the dining experienceof“Six gifts”, in the emotional link to feel the brand and Zhuang XiangHospitality.




作为中国四大名锦中唯一的少数民族物产,壮锦的瑰丽图景被设计应用在包厢空间的场域营造中,通过集合矩阵的有序排列,构建出宁静雅致的空间气质。相聚是一团火,通过美味的链接,人与人的距离,在一杯迎客的六堡茶中融化成了欢声笑语。

As the only minority product among the fourfamous brocade in China, the magnificent picture of Zhuang brocade is designedand applied in the field construction of box space. Get Together is a ball offire, through delicious links, the distance between people, in a cup of Welcomein the six fort tea melted into laughter.





作为以商务定位为主的餐饮门店,从品牌的灵活性需求出发,设计以包厢的可变属性为基础,通过壮锦屏风的层层掩映,在独立与联通中折取平衡。空间层次在丝竹声被轻轻唤醒,通过铜鼓、竹笙和礼乐的丰富表达,共同绘制沉浸式的民俗就餐氛围。

As a restaurant with business orientation,the design is based on the variable attributes of the box, which is balancedbetween independence and connectivity. The spatial level is gently awakened bythe sound of silk and bamboo, and through the rich expression of bronze drum,Bamboo Sheng and ritual music, the immersive folk dining atmosphere is drawntogether.



设计师魏志学与广西宴故事的续写,见证了餐饮空间设计愈发精细化的进程。人们从餐饮形式的狂热拥趸,回归到就餐与生活的细微缝隙中。关注自然与风味,感受轻松与热情,这是时代语境下每个餐饮品牌的目标,也是每位食客在家之外希望感受到的真实体验。通过与广西宴的再次联袂,设计让风土美味有力具体可感的空间承载,在温暖中感受美学迭代,也为地域美食品牌的迭代提供了具有持续生命力的鲜活版本。

Designer Wei Zhixue and Guangxi banquetstory continued to write, witnessed the dining space design more refinedprocess. From the fanatical fans of the form of dining, people return to thesubtle gap between dining and life. It is the goal of every restaurant brand inthe context of the times to pay attention to nature and flavor, and to feelrelaxed and enthusiastic. It is also the real experience that every diner wantsto feel outside their home. By combining with the Guangxi banquet again, thedesign makes the local delicacy strong, concrete and sensible space bearing,and feels the aesthetic iteration in the warmth, and also provides the freshversion with the lasting vitality for the iteration of the regional delicacybrand.
