设计方案位于新加坡裕廊新区，以高新技术商务区为中心，在建筑上层保留场地原有的展览功能，底层以创新、科研功能为主，吸引和集聚周围人前来参观和体验，提高中心区创新产业孵化园的影响力，完善区域的基础服务设施；场地北部结合住宅区，设计为住宅、办公综合体，既能够满足住区人群通勤办公的需求，又可以为广大受众提供休闲运动的公共空间。场地南部根据周边的商业区现状，规划为商业综合体，为人们提供娱乐、消费的场所，促进大众交流和城市的进步发展；同时场地内设置架起的连廊，能够串联整个场地，节省了地面的空间，也为人们提供观赏景色的不同视角。场地内设置有连接小岛的桥梁，与湖泊、绿岛紧密结合，将生态景观引入到场地内，人们也可以去公园游玩，满足人们对于生态环境的需求和户外休闲娱乐的放松体验，促进城市的可持续发展。
The design scheme focuses on innovation and research functions on the lower levels , while preserving display functions on the upper levels, with a high-tech business district as the core.
The north part is a residential and office complex, satisfying the commuting and office needs of residents and providing public space for leisure and sports. The south part is a commercial complex providing entertainment and consumption places, promoting public communication and city development.
The site also has a bridge connecting to a small island, which is closely integrated with the lake and green islands, bringing ecological landscapes into the site. People can also visit the park, meet their needs for ecological environment and promote the sustainable development of the city.
