摘        要

艺术集聚区，作为一种特殊地以创意文化为特征的经济现象，是发展文化创意产业的主力军。发展建设艺术集聚区，是发展城市文化创意产业、建设新型文化城市，加强城市文化创意产业集聚区建设，形成规模化、集群化的空间发展格局的重要一环。而相较于其他国家重点城市，位居国家经济基础和综合实力上层的广州，在艺术集聚区的建设和发展研究却稍显滞后和不足。本文从城乡规划的视角出发，通过调查研究，分析广州市艺术集聚区的现状，并对广州市艺术集聚区的建设和发展提出个人的意见。

论文主要分为四个部分：

第一部分：基础研究。阐述论文的研究背景，明确研究对象、对其进行概念界定，概述论文的研究目的、意义、思路和研究方法，为下文的展开奠定理论基础。

第二部分：主题特征研究。介绍广州艺术集聚区的发展现状，包括广州市现状发展的形成过程、现状情况和总体的空间布局特征。

第三部分：个例与案例研究。以广州市红专厂艺术集聚区为代表，对其进行实地调研，着重研究其功能特征、空间策略、产业结构、人群特征，意义和价值，以此展现广州市艺术集聚区发展的具体情况。同时选取国内外的两个先进案例进行分析研究，为广州艺术集聚区的发展研究提供参考和借鉴。

第四部分：可持续发展展望。基于前文对于广州艺术集聚区的现状分析总结，从艺术集聚区与城市发展的关系出发，分析艺术集聚区发展的主要影响因素，从功能结构、产业发展、发展定位等方面提出相关可持续发展的策略建议。

Research on The Construction and Sustainable Development of Guangzhou Art Gathering Area

Abstract: As a special economic phenomenon characterized by creative culture, art gathering area is the main force in the development of cultural and creative industries. The development and the construction of art gathering area is an important part of developing the urban cultural and creative industries, constructing the new cultural city, strengthening the construction of urban cultural and creating industry cluster area, forming the large-scale and cluster space development pattern. Compared to other key cities, the construction and development of the art gathering area of Guangzhou,which ranking the top of the country's economic base and comprehensive strength, is slightly lagging behind and inadequate. This thesis from the perspective of urban and rural planning, through investigation and analysis, analysis the present situation of Guangzhou art gathering area, and puts forward some personal opinions on the construction and development of Guangzhou art gathering area.

This thesis is divided into four parts:

The first part: Basic research. This thesis expounds the research background, defines the research object, defines the concept, outlines the research purpose, significance, ideas and research methods, which lays the theoretical foundation for the following.

The second part: The research on the theme features. This thesis introduces the present situation of the development of Guangzhou art gathering area, including the forming process, the present situation and the overall spatial layout of Guangzhou.

The third part: Case study. Redtory Art and Design Factory as a representative, carried out on-the-spot investigation, focuses on the study of its functional characteristics, spatial strategy, industrial structure, population characteristics, significance and value, in order to show the specific situation of the development of Guangzhou art gathering area. At the same time, two advanced cases at home and abroad are analyzed and studied, which can provide reference for the development of Guangzhou art gathering area.
