改革开放以来，我国大力推进现代化、城镇化的进程，在城镇建设中取得显著成效。但近年来，越来越多的人关注到空巢老人、留守儿童，农村青壮年流失等问题。在这些问题的背后是农村空心化问题的加剧，这也逐渐成为我国诸多农村地区所面临的普遍问题。河南省安阳市林州市茶店镇就面临空心化加剧的问题。在当前乡村振兴战略的指导下，尝试利用数字化赋能的思路和技术，联结线上和线下策略，设计了基础设施改造建设、综合信息平台搭建、VR技术支持的数字展馆三大策略，形成了具有针对性的数字化赋能策略，助力茶店镇地域的乡村振兴。
