摘要

在传统建设模式下，城市的环境日趋硬化，“城市看海”逢雨必涝、旱涝急转、水质污染、热岛效应等已然成为城市发展过程中不容忽视的问题。基于LID的海绵城市建设模式提出针对城市雨水管理方式，提出了自然循环的“绿色可持续”新城市水系管理方式，提高城市水循环的效率，恢复城市基础弹性，使城市中的水循环和利用更为生态自然。在海绵城市的构建中，城市绿地作为其最主要组成的部分，既受到海绵城市理念的指导又对海绵城市的建设产生着巨大的影响，通过各种绿地建设方式和技术措施构成了海绵城市绿地体系。常德作为湖南省首个国家首批16个海绵城市建设试点城市之一，本文通过对常德市江北城区绿地的分析和调查，根据其城市的现状特点，结合自身绿地建设基础优势，按照国家规范要求对城市绿地的海绵化改造设计和建设进行了一系列的实践与探索：

1)论文总结归纳了海绵城市相关理念发展演变形成的过程，论证了海绵体系城市的发展的正确性和必然性。

2)论文得出海绵城市建设与城市绿地建设之间的关系，总结了海绵城市要求下各类绿地的建设新要求。

3)论文提出了实现常德LID海绵城市建设的原则，目标，措施和运作模式。

4)论文通过一系列实例展示了常德海绵城市建设进展的综合实力和所取得的优秀成果。

论文旨在发掘较为合理的区域性绿地设计和改造建设方案，使城市绿地系统能够在城市的生态修复中发挥切实可行的调蓄作用。

Abstract

Under the background of development in traditional construction mode the urban environment is becoming more and more hardened. The phenomenons such as“see the sea in the city”, flooding each raining, droughts and flood turn around in a short time, water pollution, urban heat island effect have already become the problems that can not be ignored in the process of urban development. Traditional rainwater pipeline mode can only rely on pipelines which called "Gray facilities" to collect for centralized treatment that cost too much but still can not solve urban rainwater problem basically . The sponge mode of urban construction and management which based on the LID theory proposed natural circulation of the "Green sustainable" new urban water management way to improve the water cycle efficiency and recover the urban natural elastic , so that rainwater in urban migration activities can be more ecological and natural. In sponge urban construction, the green space in urban as the most important composition part will be guided by the sponge city concept and it also has a great influence on sponge city construction. A variety of ways for the construction of green space and technical measures have constituted the urban green space system in sponge city . Changde in Hunan Province as one of the first national group in 16 pilot cities for sponge city construction considering of the characteristics of the present situation of the city and its green infrastructure advantages, in accordance with the requirements of national standard of urban green sponge transformation design and construction had conducted a series of exploration and practice：

1) This paper summarizes the process of the development and evolution of the concept of the sponge City, demonstrates the correctness and necessity of the development of the city.

2) This relationship between the construction of the sponge city and the urban green space had been proved out, and summarizes the new requirements of the construction of various types of green space under the requirements of the sponge city.

3) This paper advised principles, objectives, measures and operation mode of the construction of LID sponge city in Changde.

4) Through a series of examples, this paper shows the comprehensive strength and outstanding achievements of the construction of Changde sponge city.

This paper tried to sum up the reasonable green space construction scheme to make the urban green space system to be a role in its ecological regulation effects.
