本设计以可持续设计理论为主旨，对吕宅设计场地中存在的资源索取和释放问题进行探索式的设计。结合设计场地各方面的价值体系，对设计场地的“根”—革命历史价值体系，运用“历史+未来”的设计方法，以展览栏与景观构筑物的设计形式，展现历史历程和革命精神，也就是溯“源”。设计注重场地水资源与能源再生利用，通过雨水收集设计，达到雨水循环利用，通过建筑屋顶光伏系统设计，为用电设施提供电能。植物设计方面，运用“园艺疗法”，通过味觉、视觉、嗅觉、听觉和触觉的五感设计，营造丰富的景观体验环境，满足人们心理需求。结合智慧网络构建，实现网络平台交流互动，促进历史展示与宣传。设计旨在吕宅周边环境提升的同时，达到红色文化、地域文化和绿色生态的有机融合，使得场地更具活力的可持续性。

Based on the theory of sustainable design, this design explores the problem of resource demand and release in the design site of Lv Residence. Combined with the value system of all aspects of the design site, the "root" of the design site -- the revolutionary historical value system, using the design method of "history + future", in the form of exhibition column and landscape structure design, show the historical course and revolutionary spirit, that is to trace the "origin". The design pays attention to the regeneration of water resources and energy in the site. Through the design of rainwater collection, rainwater recycling is achieved. Through the design of photovoltaic system on the roof of the building, electricity is provided for the electricity facilities. In terms of plant design, "horticultural therapy" is applied to create a rich landscape experience environment and meet people's psychological needs through the design of the five senses of taste, sight, smell, hearing and touch. Combined with the construction of intelligent network, the network platform can realize communication and interaction, and promote the display and publicity of history. The design aims to achieve the organic integration of red culture, regional culture and green ecology while improving the surrounding environment of Lv House, making the site more dynamic and sustainable.
