本项目择址武汉市江汉区唐家墩，紧邻三眼桥北路与八古墩东一巷。良好的地理位置、自然山水和源远流长的荆楚文化，给这里的生活带来了与众不同的格调。

The site of this project is Tangjiadun, Jianghan District, Wuhan city, which is close to Sanyanqiao North Road and Badudun East Lane 1. The good geographical location, natural landscape and ancient Jingchu culture have brought a unique style to life here.

为打造一个面向未来的健康住宅，回归自然生活，设计面临三大挑战，一是如何在有限的空间内增强入口引导区的昭示性；二是如何结合地域文化，打造富有特色的场地属性；三是如何消除室内外空间的隔离，让内外互相渗透，形成仪式感的入口空间。

In order to create a healthy house for the future and return to the natural life, the design faced three challenges. First, how to enhance the visibility of the entrance guide area within the limited space; Second, how to combine regional culture to create a unique site attribute; Third, how to eliminate the isolation between indoor and outdoor space, let the inside and outside penetrate into each other, and form the entrance space with a sense of ceremony.

The surrounding situation of the project is chaotic and disorderly. The site is in the process of rapid urban renewal and rapid expansion of planning framework, which is a typical practice of urban interface improvement and regional renewal and upgrading.



面对沿街界面杂乱且干瘪的问题，利用林带与地形，为城市中注入山林，并在山林中融入水岸度假感，打造一处“隐匿于城市水岸山林中的度假社区”。

我们所要做的不是简单地描摹江城文化，而是要用当代的手法转译山水人文，精神、气质，需要充满诗意与品质的空间载体。

停车场区以及后场区都是以单一品种河桦为主，生态池塘一周以色叶类鸡爪槭为主，项目从示范区乔灌木的数量以及搭配方式中都展现出简洁大方不拖沓的基调。
The parking area and the back yard are dominated by a single species of river birch, and the ecological pond is dominated by the colorful leaf acer. The project shows a simple and generous tone from the number of trees and shrubs in the demonstration area and the way of collocation.

拾阶而上，进入示范区。时间在这里慢下来，静下来，把所有的喧嚣抛在脑后，闭上双眼，可以嗅到清晨的林间的薄雾、听到山涧的溪流、冒泡的泉眼、迷人的山谷。这些美景都让我们为之倾慕，我们结合现代简约设计手法，打造一片艺术森林，让人们在这里体会自然呼吸之感。

Pick up the steps and enter the demonstration area. Time slows down and settles down here, leaving all the noise behind. When you close your eyes, you can smell the morning mist in the woods, hear the mountain stream, the bubbling spring, the charming valley. We admire these beautiful scenery. We combine modern and simple design techniques to create an art forest, so that people can experience the feeling of natural breathing here.

大隐于市，在喧嚣的闹市中清幽自得，营造一个自然舒适、隐于都市的静谧花园。周围绿植不仅隔开周遭的环境，也意图将人暂时避隔于现代城市中的繁忙思绪，深度感受归家体验。

Hidden in the city, in the hustle and bustle of the downtown, create a natural and comfortable, hidden in the city of quiet garden. 穿过风之院，漫步坐忘林，与林木并肩而行，亦可安坐于树下。树影婆娑，雾霭迷离，阳光穿透林木，仿佛时光流淌，无比动人。

水景之上，采用树池和台阶相互融合的形式，为拾级而下的客人增加步行的趣味性，让人在空间尺度中感受简约优雅的景观气质，而水景作为社区内的特色，能够充分与当地文化结合，并形成独特的社区景观。

Spread in the forest under the poetic general light and shadow, jiangyin earth was also infected with the introspect profound mystery, suddenly in the light and shadow seems to have no concrete but contain everything.

本项目位于江汉区二环线北侧主城核心地段。硬景结构多，复杂，且工序交叉严重，园建总面积3160平方，硬景结构多达30多个，地下结构密集。区域分散、风格不统一，根据意向图片及武汉本地时花品种工管做了优化图纸，又在现场沟通样板花境，确定最终的呈现效果。



堆坡造型结构大，工序复杂、持续时间长。因此我们选择做成钢结构骨架，外包不锈钢板，外面悬挂种植袋，这样既节约成本，也能缩短工期。




景墙横向采用嵌入式胶条处理，操作简单、成本低、避免龙骨外露，最终效果较好。比起传统的打胶处理，更加节省人工、简便、美观度比较高。地面、立面在排版时做了通缝处理，保证整理的效果。甲方认可度也比较高。






槭树科的苗木，因为天气原因到场存在脱水的现场，整个枝条比较收缩。及时效果欠佳。为了让鸡爪槭达到更加舒展的效果，保证项目开放效果的及时性，我们在主枝干的末端绑上石头。



6月栽植气温比较高，为了保证河桦喜水的效果，我们特意做了顶部喷淋，和常规做法不同的是选用了深灰色的PE管，比较接近环境色，能更好地达到隐形的效果。
