《一部关于古纤道的景观空间志》设计说明：

纤道做为社会景观，提供了一种在物质文化层面上，探索日常空间与社会生活互动关系的认知和操作方式。在空间上叠加时间维度，使得历史情景、社会情境、生活情境、生产情景的再现。

总体设计框架围绕“4R计划”即“遗产复兴（Heritage Renaissance）”、“生态修复（Ecological Remediation）”、“空间重连（Space Reconnect）”、“乡村振兴（Rural Revitalization）”一系列策略性干预措施展开，目的是创建一个有鲜明特色的场所，为不同人群带来丰富的体验。

设计中为了寻求历史性和共识性、永恒之道与发展规律间的平衡点，以古纤道遗址为主干，运河、乡村、生态、历史、文化、场地等资源为基础设计，整合了多个被城市道路、水系分割破碎的场所空间，用景观的空间语言编撰了一部上虞古纤道的景观空间志。

场地设计以运河为界，对北侧的现状工业用地进行了拆除，东北侧场地设置了古纤道博物馆及临街商业街，并开放部分修复后的古纤道，将博物馆与部分开放的古纤道相结合，做到“与古为今”，让人实地感受上虞区古纤道文化，实践“遗产复兴（Heritage Renaissance）”计划；西北侧的场地设置了码头公园，也为周边居民提供活动场地，增添了社区服务空间，与沿岸防护绿地、中间生态岛链共同构成场地的“生态修复（Ecological Remediation）”计划；南侧两个村庄进行乡村改造更新，根据现场调研及历年上虞区人口数据，针对人口流失、人口老年化现象加剧的问题，设计村民休闲活动场地，改造包括环境整治、民宿提质、生态修复以及开场空间梳理，丰富乡村活动空间，给村庄增添活力，实施“乡村振兴（Rural Revitalization）”计划。

本设计以运河的生态岛链系统为骨架，巧妙利用场地原先的圩田鱼塘，栽种水生植物、湿地植物、部分耐水湿乔木灌木，构建水上植物园，让科普教育在游览美景中实现。同时北岸码头公园和博物馆场地在不影响运河航道通行的情况下搭桥上岛，南岸村庄更是与岛链系统密切联系，“空间重连（Space Reconnect）”策略让岛链承担起了交通组织功能，通过岛链将整个场地串联，重新整合碎片化的场地空间。

A Landscape Space Chronicleof Ancient Track Road  Design Notes :

As a social landscape, the ancient track roadprovide a way of cognition and operation to explore the interaction betweendaily space and social life on the material and cultural level. The timedimension is superimposed on the space, so that the historical scene, thesocial situation, the life situation, and the production scene are reproduced.

The overall design framework revolves around aseries of strategic interventions in the "4R plan", namely"Heritage Renaissance", "Ecological Remediation","Space Reconnect", and "Rural Revitalization"， The measures are launched with the goal ofcreating a distinctively distinctive venue that will bring rich experiences todifferent groups of people.

In order to seek a balance between history andconsensus, the eternal way and the law of development, the design is based onthe ancient track road ruins and the canal, village, ecology, history, culture,site and other resources as the basis,and integrates multiple The site space isdivided and broken by urban roads and water systems, using the spatial languageof the landscape to compile a landscape space chronicle of Shangyu ancienttrack road.

The site design is bounded by the canal, and theexisting industrial land on the north side is demolished. The ancient trackroad museum and the commercial street facing the street are set up on thenortheast side of the site. Part of the restored ancient fiber road is opened,and the museum is connected to the partially opened ancient track road. Thecombination of roads and roads achieves the goal of “becoming the present withthe past”, allowing people to experience the ancient fiber road culture in ShangyuDistrict and implement the “Heritage Renaissance” plan; a dock park is set upon the northwest side of the site, which also provides activities forsurrounding residents The site adds community service space, and forms thesite's "Ecological Remediation" plan with the coastal protectiongreen space and the intermediate ecological island chain; the two villages onthe south side undergo rural reconstruction and renewal, based on field surveysand population data in Shangyu District over the years In response to theproblem of population loss and the intensification of population aging, thevillagers’ leisure activity venues were designed, and the renovation includedenvironmental improvement, homestay improvement, ecological restoration, andopening space combing, enriching the rural activity space, adding vitality tothe village, and implementing the “village revitalization (RuralRevitalization)” plan.

The design uses the ecological island chain systemof the canal as the skeleton, cleverly utilizes the original polder fish pondson the site to plant aquatic plants, wetland plants, and some water-toleranttrees and shrubs to construct a water botanical garden, so that popular scienceeducation can be realized in the beautiful scenery. At the same time,the NorthShore Wharf Park and the museum site are bridged to the island withoutaffecting the passage of the canal channel. The villages on the south shore areclosely connected to the island chain system. The "Space Reconnect"strategy allows the island chain to assume the function of transportationorganization .The entire site is connected in series through the island chain,and the fragmented site space is reintegrated.
