The buildings are designed located near the shore of Tromso, Norway. Here, along the shore, storage and packing buildings are referred to as "wharfs", constructed on floating poles. The design is a new form of traditional wharf, which contains the Sami culture elements, entertainments and local special activites, which provides a gratifying traveling experience for tourists and a daily activity spot for local residents. The space is inspired by traditional wharf, which transformed a few times and experienced different combinations to achieve the final forms to suit various functions. The white appearance gives a purity and blend into the seascape.
