With the development ofurban economy and society and the continuous convenience of transportation, the demand of the public for country recreation has increased, and the shallow mountainous area in the suburban has gradually became a hot spot for public recreation, but the less current development of recreation space in the shallow mountainous area cannot meet the needs of the public. Therefore, this project adopts the questionnaire method to excavate the public recreation demand, and further makes use of the statistical analysis means to extract the high weight factor related to the spatial planning design, and on
this basis, relies on the GIS platform to carry on the quantitative description and the evaluation to the target site space, then guides the designs and mining of the potential travel lines and nodes, making the design of the site more people-oriented, and truly playing the role of its link between citizens and nature.
