优作 |德国欧博迈亚为杭州西湖大学片区提出传承文化、服务科教、低碳绿色的TOD模式

OBERMEYER(德国欧博迈亚)助力杭州落实 “轨道上的杭州”交通强国示范城市建设,在云城东部最具生态价值的群山之间方山近旁,围绕西湖大学地铁站,提出了山水中、风景里传承杭州山水文化的TOD模式。
OBERMEYER devises an appropriate Education and R&D-driven low carbon TOD mode for Hangzhou West Lake University Station at the foot of Fangshan Mountain and in relevant proximity to Alibaba-campus. It also aimed to contribute to the accomplishment of the ‘City with the Metro’ and further progress on low carbon traffic-efficiency for the overall benefit of Hangzhou.

项目愿景 Vision
OBERMEYER (德国欧博迈亚)联合体提出通过结合方山公园的生态价值与西湖大学的策源价值以及头部企业的产业价值,抓住轨道交通发展契机、聚焦策源引领,构建中国典范、杭州特色的高能级科研创新TOD空间。
OBERMEYER’s objective is to establish a Hangzhou-featured Chinese style supreme level TOD, which is driven by Education and R&D-functions and takes benefit from the ecological qualities of Fangshan Mountain, the academic resource from West Lake University and the industrial benefit from top enterprises.

OBERMEYER(德国欧博迈亚)利用西湖大学与站前广场至方山的空间轴线与视线联系,建立“谷城”的空间秩序,构筑城市与自然和谐交融的城景轴线,建立承前启后、望山达水、链接自然的未来创新社区。依托轨道交通激发西湖大学研创智慧片区的活力,联动区域产业关系,实现产城人聚的TOD模式新典范。
OBERMEYER takes advantage of the spatial and visual connection between the West Lake University and Fangshan Mountain to create an ‘Urban-valley’ spatial order. The metro system around allows dynamic activities in the West Lake University area whilst attracts more people and companies gathering here and creating a new education-driven model of high-class TOD.

OBERMEYER proposed three strategies to exert resource benefits, promote the agglomeration of factors, and maximize the value of the site hub.
策略一:聚核赋能,产业汇聚。以优势锚定站位,蓄势未来。
Gathering the enterprises from core industries.
利用多条轨道交通线路为片区赋能,通过四站联动构建西湖大学产学研融合TOD片区,结合站点开发时序,实现对创新型企业全生命周期的服务。
Leveraging the potential of the metro lines to empower the area. The surrounding four stations are woven together to build up an industry-university-research integration TOD area in West Lake University and to achieve the service of the whole life cycle of innovative enterprises.

策略二:空间重构,城景交融。以价值规划格局, 丰盈未来。
Reforming the spatial frame.
以西湖大学站至方山的空间轴线,建立“智谷”的空间秩序,耦合良渚先民的占星观象文化,延承历史,构筑城市与山水的和谐交融。
The station, the mountain and the university form an energy-generating network that can be traced by physical line and evokes a spatial order of an ‘Urban-valley’. This relationship built up positive interaction with the Solar Observation Axis of the historic Liangzhu ancestors. This spatial relation inherits history and is a meaningful harmonious integration of the city and nature.

策略三:人本活力,生活意趣。以场景彰显特色,迎向未来。
Stimulating daily activities
面向创新人群的需求,提供服务科学家与创业者“复合城谷”的生活与科创场景。
The TOD area will be a livable and hi-tech place which will meet all the demands from scientists and entrepreneurs.
在绿水青山之间,一座山水创新城,熠熠生长。轻盈的流线勾勒出独具标识性的“绿色城谷”营造出“山水谷间”的自然意境。
In between the mountains and rivers, a scenic innovative new town is under growth. The flowing outline shapes a unique green ‘Urban Valley’ and creates a natural mood of modern Chinese Aesthetics.
杭州经典山水文化将与西湖区未来的创新氛围在此相遇,相得益彰,OBERMEYER (德国欧博迈亚)将助力杭州,造就一片“全国科技源头创新高地”、一个“TOD杭州特色的中国典范”。
Hangzhou's classic landscape tradition will complement the future innovation atmosphere of the West Lake District. A "national highland of scientific and technological source innovation" and an "Education + R&D model of TOD Hangzhou characteristics" planned by OBERMEYER will perform highly and sustainably for Hangzhou.
