在分析城市触媒理论和双碳视角的基础上，提出社区绿色步行环境的内涵为路网密集、步行友好、低碳环保、设施齐全、生活氛围浓郁。引入触媒理论，从植物、道路、地形、雨水管理、小品、历史人文、街区特征、活动服务方面提出了城市城市触媒理论下社区绿色步行环境设计的框架流程。以福州市台江区茶亭街道下辖的社区为例进行了实证研究，提出了基于非物质形态和物质形态的触媒策略，最后以“茶、工、水、乐”四个节点完成了社区绿色步行环境的构建方案。

Basedon the analysis of urban catalyst theory and the perspective of dual carbon,the connotation of community green pedestrian environment is proposed to bedense road network, pedestrian friendly, low-carbon environmental protection,complete facilities and rich living atmosphere. Introducing the catalysttheory, the framework process of community green pedestrian environment designunder urban catalyst theory is proposed from the aspects of plants, roads,terrain, rainwater management, sketches, history and humanities, neighborhoodcharacteristics, and activity services. Taking the community under thejurisdiction of Chating Subdistrict, Taijiang District, Fuzhou City as anexample, an empirical study was carried out, a catalyst strategy based on immaterialform and material form was proposed, and finally the construction scheme ofcommunity green pedestrian environment was completed with four nodes of"tea, work, water and music".
