海绵细胞——诉说生态﹒宜居﹒乐居的社区

  中国的城镇化水平快速提高，城镇化率从2004年的41.76%上升到现在的54.77%，与之相伴的是城市发展所面临的环境资源矛盾日益突出。其中，以城市水资源的供需矛盾最为严重。

  社区是水体污染的重要源头。本设计以“海绵细胞”为理念，采用针灸的方式，以有趣的小尺度设计进行局部介入，依照由下至上的设计方法促使小型社区发挥“细胞”的交互、渗透、储蓄、净化、生产和利用的功能，并通过顺应时代潮流的景观、复合功能的景观、高性价比的景观打动小区住户，综合以“渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排”的技术手段实现生态、宜居、乐居的海绵社区建设，从而促使居民的思想和行为方式发生转变，自发地成为维护水生态平衡的发起者与倡导者，进而在物质和精神两方面建设更为理想的人居环境。

  As the urbanization level is rapidly enhanced in China,the urbanization rate rises to 56.10% from 42.99% in 2005, following with theincreasingly outstanding conflict of environmental resources during urbandevelopment. Among these, the imbalance between supply and demand of urbanwater resource is the most serious.

  Community is the important source of water pollution.With “sponge cell” as idea, this design adopts acupuncture and moxibustion wayto intervene partly with interesting small-scale design, promoting thesmall-size community to play the functions as interaction, percolation,storage, purification, production and utilization of “cell” with the designmethod of bottom up. Then it would move the residents by the landscapesconforming to the times, with complex function and high performance-priceratio, achieving ecological, livable and pleasant sponge community constructionby such technological means as “percolation, stagnant, storage, purification,utilization and drain”. It is to promote the change of residents’ thoughts andbehavioral patterns to spontaneously become the sponsors and pioneers topreserve water ecological balance and further construct more ideal human settlementfrom two aspects such as substance and spirit.
