摘要：

城市景观规划的根本目的在于服务城市经济发展的同时保护弱势群体权益，基本模式可以总结为：发现问题并抓住主要矛盾-根据主要矛盾提出解决方案-根据方案进行规划设计。本项目从增长逻辑理论出发并以北京市点状绅士化理论入手，对前门街道与原住民需求进行剖析发现：前门街道的主要矛盾是不合理的街区功能区划分，进而导致了原住民需求不受有效回应与胡同街区活力较弱两点基本问题。然后根据分析结果提出了全新的设计概念——浮萍装置（DLI），一种以浮萍植物为原型，以保护并回应北京胡同街区原住民需求为主要目的的城市功能性景观装置；最后根据首次提出但未被验证的胡同活性价值（IDV）推理出实际规划范围，并对该范围进行宏观规划与细致设计。

本项目的主要设计方法是：首先对原场地功能分区进行二次划分并重新定义，然后重点规划出浮萍装置功能分区，其次梳理了道路系统并对部分道路赋予了廊道功能，最后利用空间闭合与敞开的方法对各功能分区进行细致设计。同时本项目为整体管控浮萍装置而提出了北京浮萍计划（OBDC），一个以浮萍装置为核心的胡同活力再激活微更新规划构想。

本论文的研究以平衡城市经济发展与保护原住民权益为切入点，以城市功能性装置为手段，为北京胡同微更新规划提供了新的思路。

     Abstract：

     The fundamental objective of urban landscape planning is serving urban economic development and protecting the rights and interests of vulnerable groups. Its basic mode can be summarized as follows: finding the problem and grasping the main contradiction-putting forward the solution based on the main contradictions-planning and design according to the scheme. After the analysis of Qianmen Street and indigenous resident demand based on "Growth Coalition" theory and punctate "Gentrification" theory in Beijing in the project, it's found that: The principal contradiction of Qianmen Street is the unreasonable block functional zone division, as a result, the indigenous resident demand fails in effective response and the Hutong block vitality is weak. And then the new design concept--Duckweed Landscape Installation (DLI) which is an urban functional landscape installation with the duckweed plant as the prototype and the main purpose of protecting and responding to the demand of indigenous residents in Hutong blocks in Beijing is put forward pursuant to the analysis result; Finally, the "Interactive Degree Value" (IDV) put forward for the first time and failing to be verified is used to deduce the actual planning scope and carry out macro planning and detailed design for such scope.

     The main design method of the project is: The original site functional zone is subject to secondary division and redefinition, and then the duckweed installation functional zone is emphatically planned, the road system is sorted out and partial roads are provided with corridor function, and finally the method of space closing and opening is used for detailed design of each functional zone. And the "Operation Beijing duckweed of China" (OBDC) which is a Hutong vitality reactivation micro update planning concept with Duckweed landscape installation as the core is put forward for overall control in the project.

     As for the research of this paper, Beijing Hutong micro update planning is provided with a new idea based on balancing urban economic development and protecting rights and interests of indigenous residents as the entry point and the urban functional installation as the means.
