项目由德国企业之家、中电光谷数字园区展厅、及其连廊组成，集办公、休闲、展示、洽谈、接待等多功能为一体，意在实现办公人员工作与生活的平衡。屋顶绿化和新材料等的应用，使其能满足绿色建筑评价标准。

Composed ofthe German Enterprise House, the OVU Digital Park exhibition hall, and itscorridors, it integrates office, leisure, exhibition, negotiation, andreception functions, aiming to achieve work and life balance for the workers. Theroof garden and the use of new materials, etc. qualified it for the greenbuilding standards.

建筑体块的契合，寓意着中德合作的契合。体量较小的展厅建筑形式上是从体量较大的德国“企业之家”中切割出来的一部分，两个体块互相耦合，留下的部分又成为非常有用的一个带顶棚的室外空间，在这里可举办室外活动或庆典，与室内形成联动。两建筑具有自然张力，之间由连廊围合形成景观内院，为酒吧和咖啡吧提供了室外客座。

The Interconnectionof the building blocks denotes an international collaboration between China andGermany as well others. The smaller exhibition hall is a part of the largerGerman "Enterprise House". The two blocks are coupled with each otheraround a courtyard, whereas the interval creates a very intense spatial link. Outdooractivities or celebrations can be hold there with a linkage of indooractivities, linking via the courtyard to the bar and the cafe.

建筑立面简洁明快，体块硬朗。深浅不一的横向线条灵感源自木材年轮切割后产生的深浅不一的色彩肌理，各种立面细节，充分体现建筑的艺术与工艺之美，力求彰显园区高科技产业的品质。基于功能需求，形成仪式感的前广场和丰富的内庭院空间及集趣味性和功能性为一体的的连桥与露台，保证日后有多样化活动的可能。

Thebuilding facade is simple and lively, and the blocks are sculpted. Thehorizontal lines differentiating the color of façade are inspired by tree rings,giving the sense of the art and craftsmanship and highlighting the quality ofthe high-tech industry. Based on functional requirements, a ceremonial frontsquare and a courtyard, as well as bridges and the corridor that generate fun, makethe diversified activities possible.

暖色调陶土板让建筑与园区的其它建筑的灰色调形成鲜明的对比关系：立面虚实关系鲜明。体块的相互穿插，庭院，连桥露台与室内空间的相互渗透，使空间与景观相互流动起来。

Thewarm-toned terracotta panels create a sharp contrast with the gray tones of theother materials: the façade has a clear relationship between the "void"and "solid". The interspersion of the blocks, the space permeability betweenthe courtyard, the bridge terrace and the indoor space make the space and thelandscape flow mutually.
