设计对象为江西省南昌市西湖区一处棚改场地，拆迁后曾短暂作为夜市使用，后二次失活。设计人员基于”传统邻里开发模式“，通过调研社区历史文脉和居民实际生活娱乐需求，对现呈功能缺失状态的场地进行重
新梳理，破除其封闭状态，将景观与功能相融合，打造出新的邻里中心。     
        邻里中心能够辐射步行五分钟范围内的全年龄段的居民，最大程度地满足了他们提出的合理要求，使原本暂时游离于活力城市外的“老龄街道”、“失活空间”重新焕发生机；在成为居民日常休闲活动的“驿站”的同时，也成为老旧社区的一张崭新名片。
The design object is a shanty reconstruction site in Xihu District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, which was briefly used as a night market after demolition, and then deactivated twice. Designers based on"Traditional neighborhood development "（TND）mode, by investigating the historical context of the community and the actual living and entertainment needs of residents, reorganizes the site currently in the state of lack of

functions, breaking its closed state, and integrating landscape and functions to create a new neighborhood center.

The neighborhood center can radiate residents of all ages within a five-minute walk, meeting their reasonable requirements to the greatest extent, and revitalizing the "streets for the aged" and "deactivated spaces" that had been temporarily outside the vibrant city. As a "post station" for residents' daily leisure activities, it has also become a brand new name card of the old community.
