本项目针对城市中常见的高架桥中止修建现象，对各类高架桥特性进行了归纳总结，对于其修建中断时安全性不足、使用混乱、视觉感受不佳等问题及造成的不良影响，试图探讨出一种适合绝大多数“断头”高架桥临时运作系统的设计方法，并以江苏省徐州市鼓楼区西三环快速路一处“断头”高架桥为例，进行针对性设计。

In view of thecommon phenomenon of suspension of construction of viaducts in cities, thisproject summarizes the characteristics of various viaducts, and attempts todiscuss the problems and adverse effects caused by insufficient safety,confusion in use, and poor visual experience when their construction isinterrupted. A design method suitable for the temporary operation system ofmost "broken head" viaducts, and a "broken head" viaduct onthe West Third Ring Expressway in Gulou District, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Provinceis taken as an example to carry out targeted design.
