本次场地原址为遂宁市旧中铁八局商混站，是中国30年城镇化发展的缩影，也是遂宁工业发展模式变迁的缩影。本次设计希望以过去的“工业之都”为切入点，来发展当地的文旅业态，激发城市活力。
    本方案以Z世代消费导向的城市潮流族群和玩乐大众为主要群体，将符合Z世代潮流族群审美的IP”寻梦方舟“设置为主题，对部分工业遗址和旧建筑进行保护和改造，并加建新建筑，致力于打造潮流文旅系统。
    该场地主要分为四个部分，三个连续台地和一个入口台地。三个连续台地映射三个故事场景，入口台地的旧建筑则被改造成西侧整条故事线的登陆入口，其中通过原装置筒改造成的垂直交通体、架空步道以及大跨扶梯进行多样化连接。
     综上，本次设计将潮流文化与建筑设计结合，从而打造具有创意性和标志性的z世代潮流文化综合商业体，吸引青年消费群体，促进当地文旅业态发展。
  The original site of this design is the commercial and mixed station of the former China Railway Eighth Bureau in Suining City. We hope to use the former "industrial capital" as a starting point to develop the local cultural and tourism industry and stimulate urban vitality.
  This plan focuses on the Z generation trendy ethnic group and the entertainment public, with the theme of "Dream Seeking Ark" that conforms to the trendy cultural IP. Some industrial sites and old buildings will be protected and renovated, and new buildings will be added to create a trendy cultural and tourism system.
  The site is mainly divided into four parts, with three consecutive terraces designed as three story scenes and a story line landing entrance transformed from the old buildings of the entrance terraces, which are connected by diversified transportation.
  In summary, this design combines trendy culture with architectural design to create a creative and iconic Z generation trendy cultural comprehensive commercial entity, attracting young consumer groups and promoting the development of local cultural and tourism formats.
