项目设计了塔状工作站，用于实现生态资源循环和城市鸟类的观测与救助。塔体与建筑共同提供固定点，支撑索膜结构，形成鸟架、生态互动空间和资源处理层。人鸟互动层内设有不同尺寸和形式的个性化生态单元，满足不同的人鸟互动需求，并考虑人的社交属性。
