Our group completed a senior capstone project in May 2017 at West
Virginia University. The project consisted of a brownfield site in Pittsburgh,
PA and focused on site planning at a masterplan scale while also focusing
at site scale design. Ecological restoration and sustainable design
techniques were used in our design to further remediate the contaminated
site. Urban planning aspects such as mixed-use development and
generating a green network were also utilized in the design
